Here's an overview of the loan-application process

STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

Complete and submit your loan application through our website or call one of our 5 branches for a mortgage loan officer.

STEP TWO

A mortgage loan officer will call you to go over your loan application and any questions you may have at that time. The application, disclosures and a letter requesting all supporting documentation will be mailed.

STEP THREE

Title insurance and appraisal will be ordered.

STEP FOUR

Once all the above documentation has been receive and reviewed you will be signing your final loan documents.
